APSCA is hiring: Membership Engagement Manager

APSCA is looking for a Membership Engagement Manager to help grow and support our community of Member Firms around the world.

This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused professional who enjoys working with people, improving member experiences, and contributing to a mission-driven organization dedicated to advancing professionalism in social compliance auditing.

About the role

The Membership Engagement Manager will serve as a key point of contact for APSCA’s Member Firms, helping them navigate membership processes, access resources, and stay engaged with APSCA’s programs and activities. The role combines relationship management, member support, communication, and membership operations.
 
Working closely with firms across different countries and regions, you’ll help create a positive and professional membership experience while supporting APSCA’s continued growth and development.

What you’ll do

​As Membership Engagement Manager, you will:
  • ​Build and maintain strong relationships with APSCA Member Firms.
  • Support member recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Guide applicants through APSCA’s membership application process.
  • Serve as a trusted resource on membership requirements and processes.
  • Monitor membership activities and identify opportunities to improve member support.
  • Help develop resources, guidance materials, and engagement initiatives that add value to APSCA’s membership community.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering excellent service.
 
​You may be a great fit if you have experience in:
  • Social compliance auditing
  • Certification or assurance programs
  • Accreditation or standards-based organizations
  • Professional associations or membership organizations
  • Stakeholder engagement or account management roles
Most importantly, you’re an effective communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working with stakeholders from different backgrounds and locations.
