APSCA invites you to participate in a review of the updated Code and Standards of Professional Conduct, scheduled for release in the first half of 2026.   

These revisions are a product of the Code Refresh Committee, which began meeting in late 2024, and by the contributions of Members of the Disciplinary Boards and Stakeholder Advisory Board, APSCA’s Board of Directors, APSCA leadership and staff, and previously provided Member feedback. The current draft also reflects clarifications and lessons learned from actual cases within APSCA’s Disciplinary Path.
