Share your perspective: Help shape APSCA's future communication direction and priorities

APSCA is developing its communication strategy and is seeking input from stakeholders across the social compliance auditing ecosystem until Thursday, 20 August. As part of this process, we have launched a short external perception survey to better understand how APSCA is currently viewed by those who engage with our work.

The survey is designed to establish a clear, evidence-based baseline of awareness, understanding, trust, credibility, and value perception among external stakeholders. The insights gathered will help APSCA identify perception gaps, strengthen its communications, and better support the needs of the profession and the broader ecosystem.

We are inviting participation from a wide range of stakeholders, including audit firms, auditors, collaborative programs, brands, NGOs, regulators, and other organizations involved in promoting responsible and effective social compliance systems.

Why participate?

Your feedback will help APSCA:

  • Better understand how its role and mission are perceived across the industry
  • Identify strengths, opportunities, and areas where communication can be improved
  • Inform future communication priorities and strategic decision-making
  • Establish a baseline to measure progress over time

APSCA is committed to listening, learning, and evolving. Your perspective is an important part of that process.

About the survey

The survey:

  • Takes approximately 5 minutes to complete
  • Is confidential
  • Collects responses that will be analyzed in aggregate only
  • Will help inform the development of APSCA’s communication strategy and future engagement efforts

We encourage all stakeholders to participate and share their honest feedback before Thursday, 20 August 2026.

Thank you for helping APSCA build a stronger understanding of how it is perceived and how it can continue to support and strengthen the social compliance auditing profession.
