Director of Professional Conduct

Based in the US preferred, other locations considered

APSCA is looking for a senior ethics and compliance leader to lead its professional conduct function. You'll oversee investigations and disciplinary processes, lead APSCA's Member Auditor and Member Firm Disciplinary Boards with the Ethics Advisor, and act as APSCA's internal authority on the Code and Standards. The role sits on APSCA's senior leadership team.

You'll bring:

• Senior leadership experience in ethics and compliance, ideally at a nonprofit, professional association, or global standards body
• Experience leading investigations within a governance structure
• Expertise in social compliance auditing, responsible sourcing, human rights, or a related field
