1. Part III exam is not booked in ProctorU. Part III is booked in Calendly.  
2. Work with your Member Firm closely to ensure each step is completed and resolve any issues which may arise  
(booking or payment).

Part III bookings are moved to the Auditor’s PU profile from Calendly  
(Auditors do not need to do this). Auditors will receive an email  
notification from PU when the exam appointment is entered into Auditor’s  
PU profile - the same as Part I and II.

until the ERS has been submitted to APSCA. Firms can obtain an  
ERS by contacting: exam@theapsca.org  
Member Firms must include Auditor name on an ERS to nominate

Auditors should log into their PU profile 7-10 days after booking the exam in  
Calendly to check that the appointment time, date and language is correctly  
noted in PU. If your exam date or time is incorrect contact APSCA

results will not be issued, and exam may be disallowed.  
Auditor MUST test their equipment in advance of Part III Exam and  
download the Chrome or Firefox extension required in preparation for the exam.

Part III Exams involve 3 people; Proctor, Interviewer and Auditor.  
Auditors must arrive 10 minutes before their exam appointment.  
If an Auditor fails to log on in time (for any reason), this can result in  
being noted as a “No Show” and Auditor will be charged the full exam  
fee.

The Proctor has allowed 30 minutes from the exam start time to help  
with connection but if any issues cannot be resolved within 30 minutes,  
the exam will be canceled, and the Auditor will be charged the full exam  
fee.  
If Auditor clicks on ‘Start’ and nothing happens or cannot see the ‘Start’  
button use the ‘Need Help Chat Now’ function to get help – do not wait!  
Auditor MUST use same name and email in Calendly as their  
current ProctorU profile.  
Auditor should take a screenshot of the confirmed exam  
booking that has been made in Calendly, accept the calendar  
invite from your interviewer once received and note time/  
date/ and interviewer scheduled.
