Important Reminders:  
1. Part III exam is not booked in ProctorU. Part III is booked in Calendly.  
2. Work with your Member Firm to ensure each step is completed and issues resolved e.g., booking or payment.  
3. Fees will be charged (Schedule of Fees) for cancellations or reschedules made 30 days or less prior to the  
scheduled exam date.

4. Auditor ProctorU (PU)Profile  
Part III bookings are transferred to the Auditor’s PU profile from Calendly  
(Auditors do not need to do this). Auditors will receive an email  
notification from PU when the exam appointment is entered into Auditor’s  
PU profile - the same as Part I and II.

Auditors should log into their PU profile 7-10 days after booking the exam in  
Calendly to check that the appointment time, date and language is correctly  
noted in PU. If your exam date or time is incorrect contact APSCA  
immediately exam@theapsca.org.

Exam Eligibility & Invoicing  
a) AUDITOR paid exam:  
Member Auditors can generate the exam invoice themselves in  
their APSCA online account (My Account). The system will  
automatically confirm the Auditor’s exam eligibility and generate  
the exam invoice. Note: The Auditor will automatically receive an  
email with instructions on how to book their exam.

b) FIRM paid exam:  
Member Firm to have your name submitted on an Exam Request  
Sheet (ERS). Auditor will receive a confirmation email from their  
Member Firm to advise they are eligible to book Exam in  
Calendly.

2. ExamPayment  
All Auditors sitting an Alternate Language exam will need to have Google  
Chrome Browser downloaded. The right click translate function will only  
work if you have Google Chrome Browser downloaded with the Guardian  
Browser  
INVOICE MUST BE PAID AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE EXAM  
APPOINTMENT, REGARDLESS OF THE DUE DATE ON THE  
INVOICE.

Microsoft Teams is also required, download Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple  
Safari (version 14 or above). Firefox and the older version of the above  
browsers are not fully supported by Microsoft Teams and should be avoided.

results will not be issued, and exam may be disallowed.

Part III Exams involve: Proctor, Interviewer, Auditor and translator (if  
required).  
Auditor MUST use the same name and email in Calendly as  
their current ProctorU profile.  
Auditors must arrive 10 minutes before their exam appointment.  
If an Auditor fails to log on in time (for any reason), this can result in being  
noted as a “No Show” and Auditor will be charged the full exam fee.  
The Proctor has allowed 30 minutes from the exam start time to help with  
connection but if any issues cannot be resolved within 30 minutes, the exam  
will be canceled, and the Auditor will be charged the full exam fee.  
If Auditor clicks on ‘Start’ and nothing happens or cannot see the ‘Start’  
Ensure your PU profile email is updated and current.  
If the email address you use when booking Calendly does not  
match your PU profile email, your exam will not transfer to PU.  
Auditor should take a screenshot of the confirmed exam  
booking that has been made in Calendly, accept the calendar  
invite from your interviewer once received and note time/date  
and interviewer scheduled.
