Understanding Part III Exam Results  
Welcome! We would like to firstly congratulate you on completing the Part III exam, whether you  
received a pass or fail, this is an achievement. Auditors must achieve 75% to pass and receive the  
CSCA credential. We created this results guide to help you read and understand your Exam Report  
and to identify areas of improvement, either in preparation for your next attempt of the Part III  
exam or as a personal learning as you conduct social compliance audits.  
Part III includes 3 scenarios which cover the following sections of the Competency Framework:

Foundational Skills  
Workplace Environment  
Business Integrity  
Three of the sections include multiple categories, and these are noted within your Exam Report.  
The total number of possible points varies depending on scenarios used, however, there are  
approximately 115 points in total per Part III exam. APSCA’s overall score for Part III is calculated by  
identifying the maximum number of points that can be achieved on this exam and how many points  
were obtained by you, the Auditor. This is then noted on the report as a %.  
Every Part III Exam Report receives two different types of feedback from the interviewer. Please  
note the “Feedback from Interviewer” and “Additional Feedback” sections detailed further in this  
document.
